 Alan Finneran, native of Mullingar Co. Westmeath, and John McCarthy of Cappamore Co. Limerick, established Breakaway Properties in early 2004 as part of Breakaway Holidays SL.
Alan, a Construction Economics graduate and John, a Spanish and Art teacher, together bring very different but valuable attributes to this market.
Breakaway Holidays S.L is based in Alicante on the Costa Blanca and is a registered limited company providing property sales services to the increasing number of investors and holidaymakers visiting the area. Breakaway Holidays works as Buyers Advocates, working from your criteria, which are established from the first communication either by phone, email or meeting. They are an independent group not tied to one or two developers and so have a huge range of properties for you to choose from. They take the legwork out of searching for your ideal property by first examining properties for you and then only bringing to you the properties that they believe would be of interest.
